This course ideal if you are new to the property sector this course will not only
help you to grasp your obligations to both landlords and tenants in producing a good
quality, impartial well-presented document, but also provide you with tips on how
to go about approaching new clients and start your new business. When the training
is complete we will expect you to be confident in producing inventories and fully
aware of the latest software available to aid you in production of the document.
On the course there will be a property visit which will give you an opportunity to
produce an inventory and submit it to our trainer for feedback. You will also be
able to get feedback and advise on our support line if needed
The Cost
The course is held over 2 days and take place between 09:30 to 1630 with 30 minutes
for lunch. Buffet lunch is provided.
